Samira L. Jones

With a powerful and rare blend of justice, technology, raw and unfiltered lived experience, and leadership expertise, Samira L. Jones stands at the intersection of advocacy and action.

She began her professional journey with a B.A. in Administration of Justice, driven by a passion for truth and accountability. This path led her to launch her own investigations firm, where she worked to uncover facts and expose the truth.

Samira later earned both an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Information Assurance—forming the foundation of her work as a respected cybersecurity management consultant. She has advised federal agencies on Zero Trust frameworks, encryption policy, and enterprise-level audit readiness.

Today, as Founder and Executive Director of S.A.V.E. (Survivors. Advocates. Voices. Emerging.), Samira leads a strategic, survivor-led movement that is bold, uncompromising, and committed to justice.

Ladetra Gayle-Robinson

Ladetra Robinson is a dedicated community leader and advocate with deep roots in Inglewood, California and Hagerstown, Maryland. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and serves as Marketing Administrator for the Washington County Black Professional Network.

Her nonprofit experience includes REACH of Washington County, CASA Inc., and the Community Action Council. She also serves as Vice President of the Washington County Department of Social Services and is a gubernatorial appointee to the Juvenile Services Educational Program Board under Maryland Governor Wes Moore.

As founder of Leap into Success Women’s Empowerment Group, The Blossom School of Etiquette, and LGR Life Coach, Ladetra brings heart, mentorship, and strategic leadership to every space she serves.

Natalie Jones

Natalie brings a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to S.A.V.E. as Director of Gen Z Initiatives. She supports outreach strategies, digital engagement, and community-building efforts that center younger voices.

Passionate about creating spaces where survivors feel seen, heard, and empowered, Natalie helps bridge generational gaps and ensures the mission of S.A.V.E. remains relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
